We have a block of 15 rooms secured at the Hotel Mazarin again this year. This is the same hotel we stayed at last year. Farther from the Marigny, but closer to get to from the ball at the end of a long, drunken, night.
COST:
Base room rate is $209 per night on Fri and Sat. If you come early, or stay late, Thurs and/or Sun night those base rates are $139.00 per night. Parking is $45 per night.
There are only 3 rooms held for early arrivals and only 3 rooms held for late departures. If you try to make a reservation coming early or leaving late and cannot get a room, please let us know right away so we can call the hotel and try to wrangle that additional night for you.
TIME:
Reservations need to be made by December 30, 2024. Rooms still unclaimed at that date will be turned back to the hotel.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
"If a guest does not cancel a reservation within seven (7) days before the guest's check-in date, then the Hotel may charge the credit card one night's room fee plus any applicable taxes."
IMPORTANT NOTE:
The Super Bowl will be played in NOLA a week prior to our parade. Many people will be staying to enjoy Carnival after the game. The closer to Super Bowl time, the more difficult it will be to find rooms and they will definitely be more expensive.
If you are planning on making a reservation at the Mazarin, please do so EARLY. Additional rooms cannot be guaranteed if we fill our block. But the sooner our block fills and the sooner we request additional rooms, the better our chances of getting some.
